PRINCE2®

Projects in Controlled Environments is a process based methodology designed to provide a framework covering the wide variety of disciplines and activities required within a project. 

There are two levels within PRINCE2® - Foundation and Practitioner.

We deliver a three day Foundation courses followed by a two day Practitioner course.  Most delegates opt to complete to Practitioner level over the full five days whilst others compete the three day Foundation and return at a future date for a two day Practitioner conversion course.
