Working at Height
Aims
Whether using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, platforms, trestles or other place a person could be injured falling from it this course can provide knowledge of legislation and provide practical skills and techniques to work safely. This course is intended for those people who will be required to work at height and for their supervisors, to enable them to do so safely and with an understanding of the legislation. It is of great importance as falls from height remain the single biggest cause of workplace deaths and one of the main causes of major injury.Structure
This is a short course which can be completed in one day. It is delivered on demand throughout the year at Carnegie College, or in the workplace as requested.Content
