The 2½ day course is designed to allow delegates to:


  • Understand the training function and it´s role in the business.

  • Describe the Training Cycle and recognise the key stages.

  • Identify training needs and make recommendations on the best training solution.

  • Practice presentation and coaching techniques.

  • Investigate a range of assessment tools.

  • Understand the use and application of evaluation techniques.


Delivery Methods



The programme is delivered using a range of delivery techniques, including Presentations, Case Studies, Discussion Forums, role-plays and practical activities.



The programme is detailed below. Each programme is delivered over 2 full days and a ½ day.



Pricing Details



The price for attendance at an open programme to be delivered over 2 full days and a ½ day, over a 3-week period is £450+VAT per delegate. The cost includes training materials, refreshments and a 2-course lunch on each day.
