Delivering Successful Projects

This session is designed to introduce the business benefits of a structured Project Management Approach including:

• Controlled management of change, in terms of investment and return on investment
• Active involvement of stakeholders throughout the project to ensure that the output will meet business requirements

Structure

This seminar forms part 1 of our project management and lean six sigma briefing session.

Content

Delegates will be provided with an introduction to the principles and benefits of using a structured project management method.

PRINCE2® is a process-based method. The overview session will illustrate how the eight PRINCE2 processes are used throughout the life of the project, how they link together and enable information to flow throughout.
The processes are used for all types and size of project. The trainer will explain how this model can be applied.
Carnegie Enterprise also deliver a number of Project Management and Professional Development Awards (PDAs) to provide an understanding of project management techniques to support you in managing projects.
