Aims

Management of Risk training is a guide that defines best practice in the implementation of risk management processes. M_o_R is owned by the Office of Government Commerce.
As Scotland?s Premier Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) Carnegie Enterprise delivers M_o_R training throughout Scotland, UK-wide and Internationally.

Management of Risk provides a route map for risk management, bringing together recommended approaches, checklists and pointers to more detailed sources of advice on tools and techniques.

Carnegie Enterprise works with a team of APM Group accredited training associates to deliver M_o_R training. Each trainer brings with them an in depth knowledge of programme and project management and years of experience across a range of industries.

Delivery Method

M_o_R is a classroom-based course that is delivered over five days and covers both Foundation and Practitioner level. Scheduled open courses run on a regular basis at our own premises, Carnegie Conference Centre in Dunfermline and at venues in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Carnegie Enterprise will deliver a closed course tailored specifically for your employees/team that can either be delivered onsite at your premises, at our purpose-built training facility - Carnegie Conference Centre in Dunfermline and throughout Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales.
Entry Requirements

There are no specific entry requirements although delegates should, ideally, be working at a strategic level.
Progression Route

• cmi Certificate in Programme and Project Management (CPPM)
• cmi Diploma in Programme and Project Management (DPPM)
What does it Cost?


£1895 (Ex VAT) Non-residential

£1595 (Ex VAT) Residential

Cost for residential package is based on a 4 night stay at the Express by Holiday Inn located onsite for Dunfermline courses including bed and breakfast.

Times:
the course will start at 9.30am on the Monday and will finish at 5.00pm each day. Start times of other days will be by agreement with your trainer.
