PowerPoint is a powerful programme which facilitates the preparation of presentation slides for speeches, meetings and public displays.
Structure
Microsoft PowerPoint can be delivered to introductory and advanced level. Each level is scheduled into a 1-day programme.

Introductory Level:
• Screen elements and templates
• Create and edit slides
• Select, resize, move and format objects
• Work with pictures and text
• Setup and run a slide show
• Work with tables
• Create and format an organisation chart
• Create and customise graph charts
• Use the slide master
• Use action buttons and hyperlinks

Advanced Level:
• Design layout considering audience and demographics
• Design templates and customise presentations
• Create and use macros
• Use multimedia functions to create sound and animations
