Change is a permanent feature of an organisation’s life. To be able to survive in the face of increasing competition, quicker routes to the market and pressure to deliver better results, organisations cannot afford to remain static. The failure to successfully deliver effective change can be devastating for both the health of the organisation and employee morale and productivity.
The programme is designed to ensure the key drivers for change and the particular change initiatives are addressed.
By the end of the programme, delegates will be able to:
• Take on a key role within the change programme
• Reduce the extent of the resistance to change
• Act as Champions throughout the Change Programme, communicating and leading the teams
• Begin to embed the communication channels essential to the success of the change programme

• Identify and overcome pockets of resistance
• Identify the change agent talents essential to successfully lead a change programme
• Understand how to embed a communication system that drives and supports the change programme
• Gain the support of a Mentor in managing the change programme
• Access coaching to develop the change agent talents necessary to lead a change programme
