Aims
As the marketplace becomes increasingly competitive, often the only difference between success and mediocrity is the quality of the people in competing organisations. Structure
This is a five-day programme, split into three days and then a further two days. Investment in Excellence is a distillation of scientifically tested principles from the world of cognitive psychology, particularly the psychology of high-performing individuals and teams. The programme makes those principles easily accessible and immediately relevant to the challenges people face in their daily lives.
Content
Once the groundwork has been laid in the area of personal effectiveness (first 3 days), other areas, such as leadership effectiveness, management of change, building customer relationships and innovation, can be transformed as well. Project teams, departments, and entire organisations make quantum leaps in performance when individuals take a more proactive and positive approach to their lives. With a critical mass of empowered individuals focused on creating change in an organisation, the whole culture and operating ethos can be re-directed to achieve outstanding results. The Investment in Excellence programme has been designed by The Pacific Institute specifically for managers and senior managers and is complementary to the STEPS programme.

£895 (ex VAT) (5 days; 3 days, 4 week gap then a further 2 days). Cost includes all course materials, refreshments and a 2 course lunch at our restaurant each day.
