Aims
This course aims to increase your confidence and effectiveness at meetings with particular reference to minute taking.
At the end of the course you will:
be to describe the key elements which make a meeting effective.
Be better placed to organise meetings efficiently thereby enhancing the opportunity to minute meetings successfully.
Understand the role of minute taker and how this integrates with other roles at the meeting.
Know how to layout minutes and what information to include or exclude.
