cmi Diploma in Programme and Project Management (DPPM)

Aims

The Diploma has been designed and developed by APMG in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute for Project and Programme Managers. The qualification enables Project and Programme Managers to develop their professional skills and knowledge within the fields of project and programme management. The Diploma enables candidates to not only achieve a professional qualification but also take their first steps to becoming a chartered manager.

•As the Diploma recognises prior learning candidates may be eligible for exemptions from Units within the Qualification.

Course Outline

The Diploma can be delivered through distance learning or through a blended learning approach.
Delivery Method

On Line Programme

Each Unit is supported through a range of online resources and paper based texts, tutor support and guidance. An Induction workshop and two 6 Monthly Progress Workshops are available if the candidate is able to attend. These workshops are optional and the candidate may choose to complete the qualification on an online basis only
Blended Approach

Each Unit is supported through a range of online resources, paper based texts, tutor support and guidance. An Induction workshop and two 6 Monthly Progress Workshops are available if the candidate is able to attend. In addition the candidate is able to attend developmental workshops to cover the knowledge required across a number of the Units.
Entry Requirements

There are no specific entry requirements. Delegates should, ideally, be working in a project or programme environment.

£2,500 excl. VAT (Distance Learning)

£4,250 excl. VAT (This price includes accredited PRINCE2 Project Management or MSP Programme Management and M_o_R Risk Management qualifications)
